Mega Man X Getting a Compliation Soundtrack Set

Perhaps inspired from last year’s “Rockcan Sound E-Can,” a new listing has popped up on Rakuten in Japan for a “Rockman X Sound Box” (tentative title), which would appear to be an all new Mega Man X  series soundtrack compilation. It will release in Japan on December 18th for a whopping ¥12,600 (roughly $127 US).

There are no details on the included contents, but it is a massive 12 disc set. It’s likely to include all the music from Mega Man X  through X8 , and perhaps Command Mission  and Maverick Hunter X  as well. Maybe it will even have the Game Boy Xtreme  tracks on top of that?
