Mega Man Battle Network: Chrono X Demo V5 Now Available
It’s been a little while since we last heard anything around these parts from Team Chrono X and their ongoing work on their fan game, “Mega Man Battle Network: Chrono X”. But today, that silence is broken as Version 5 (or V5, if you prefer) of the demo is now available for you to check out.
The new demo includes a new look and new Navis, such as PirateMan.EXE and CactusMan.EXE, as well as a new way for MegaMan.EXE to use the power of others in the MeM.E.N.T.O. System.
What’s more, multiplayer is now included, so you can challenge your friends to a NetBattle, no matter where in the world they are (well, so long as that place has an internet connection, one assumes — slightly trickier in real life than in Battle Network‘s always-online world).
Perhaps most incredible of all is that you’ll be able to play the demo across multiple devices — the PC version is available now, and an Android version is to follow soon. Check the game’s website for more details on that (as they come) and how to download.
