TruForce’s Mega Man X Ride Chaser Design Revealed
No sooner than we get a look at the finished prototype for TruForce Collectibles’ Mega Man X figure than we finally get a look at the “Ride Chaser” print promised to those who backed the Kickstarter at certain tiers.
There she is.
Going by the Kickstarter page where it was revealed, reception seems to be largely positive, though a little bit mixed. Some wish they’d been able to see the print sooner so they could invest in it, while others are disappointed that it’s not a hover bike (but maybe it has some sort of hover conversion, Back to the Future-style?).
Either way, Capcom artist Keisuke Mizuno has presented us with a pretty sleek visual, and it even features the same new markings on X himself that we saw on the figure yesterday. Plus, the inclusion of what we think are buster cannons on either side of the front wheel are pretty cool, and the almost robotic beast eye-like headlights on the front are neat, too.
What do you think? Is this a ride you would like to have on your shelf (hypothetically speaking), or even in a new game?
