Mega GAM Con Art Contest Winners Announced, Plus Other News

A little over a month ago, there was a fan art contest announced to win free admission to the upcoming Mega GAM Con on August 6th. The finalists were revealed here, with the winners announced on June 17th. Congratulations to the dual winners, Jordan True Murray and PyroJason!

Other news is that the cartoon of choice will be Volume 11 of the MegaMan NT Warrior series, and Mega Man Anniversary Collection for the Xbox will be on hand to give everyone a shot at playing Mega Man 1 through 8 of the Classic series games, as well as Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters.

However, if you’re interested in a more authentic experience with the latter two, I’ve been told that the winner of a giveaway held in conjunction with Get Me Off The Moon will be bringing their own MAME-powered mini-arcade machine to the show, complete with the arcade versions of those two hidden gems of the Mega Man franchise, joysticks and all.
