Press Release: Capcom Fighting Collection™ 2 Throws Down in 2025!

Also announced at Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, MARVEL vs. CAPCOM® Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics releases on Sept. 12 (digital) and Nov. 22 (physical), with an exclusive bonus for physical pre-orders!

Announced during today’s Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, another massive fighting game collection is slated to hit the streets when Capcom Fighting Collection™ 2 releases across Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation® 4, and PC via Steam in 2025! Combining hard-hitting classics like Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001 with fan favorite brawlers like Power Stone 2 in one knockout package, Capcom Fighting Collection 2 comes chock-full of new features including online play and quality-of-life updates across all eight games!

Also announced today, MARVEL vs. CAPCOM® Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics – featuring unforgettable games like X-MEN™ vs. STREET FIGHTER®, MARVEL™ vs. CAPCOM® 2 New Age of Heroes, and Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter® with the goofy but lovable hidden character Norimaro (Japanese ROM only) – releases digitally on Thursday, Sept. 12 (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam), and physically on Friday, Nov. 22 (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4), with pre-orders for Nintendo Switch and Steam digital versions beginning later today! As an additional bonus, all physical pre-orders will receive an exclusive, 32-page comic featuring legendary characters and Super Heroes from across the various titles in the collection.
