Fuse Man’s Voice is Electrifying

Even though we’ve seen bits and pieces of him for months now, the official Mega Man Twitter account has posted an “introduction trailer” for new Mega Man 11 Robot Master Fuse Man. Check it out:

I don’t remember if we’ve heard his voice prior to this, at least in English, but I find something rather familiar about it in this clip that I’m sure I’d remember. Is anyone else reminded a bit of Brian Drummond’s Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z?

Edit: And just in case I need to make it clear, I’m not saying Drummond is the voice, or even suggesting it, just that the voice seems rather evocative of him in that role.
