“HOBBY★ROCK the FINAL” Taking Place This Weekend
HOBBY★ROCK is a gathering of Rockman fans from across Japan who have converged to sell their garage figures and model kits to other like-minded fans, often presenting product of characters who are seldom-seen, or more popular characters in styles that rarely see any sort of official mass-production.
However, after many years of doing this, it appears that this weekend may very well be the last HOBBY★ROCK gathering. Though I’m not sure the reasoning for this being the end, especially on Rockman‘s 30th anniversary, it seems that a lower-than-normal turnout of product for it may be at least a part of the cause.
