Mega Man Legacy Collection Now Available for Nintendo 3DS (Updated)
At long-ish last, Mega Man Legacy Collection has finally arrived for the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe today.
You can pick this up for $29.99 USD/$39.99 CAD at retail or $14.99 USD in the Nintendo eShop. Retail releases are also now available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions for the same price. (Note: No retail releases have been announced for Europe.)
Note: As of this writing, the Nintendo eShop lists the price as being the same as retail. I’ve reached out to Capcom and have been told that this is an error they are working to have fixed as soon as possible, so please hang tight for the updated pricing if you want to download it.
Update: Though the website does not reflect it (as of this update, at least), the Nintendo eShop now has the correct price of $14.99 USD/$18.99 CAD for the downloadable version of the title.
Alternatively, you can spend a bit more to get the Nintendo 3DS version’s Collector’s Edition for $49.99 USD/$59.99 CAD, which comes with a gold Mega Man amiibo figure and some additional goodies, as seen here. And while the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions don’t have an official bundle, Amazon did whip up a little something for $129.99 USD, featuring a light-up statue that you can see here.
My wife, Nadia, has reviewed the Nintendo 3DS version at USgamer, while you can find my review of the PlayStation 4 version here.
