Project X Zone 2 Now Available for Nintendo 3DS
It took a little bit longer than originally anticipated, but Project X Zone 2 is now finally available for the Nintendo 3DS in North America (Europe, you got it four days ago. Sorry for the late notice, but that info doesn’t cross my desk as much).
Retailing for $39.99 USD, the game is available both at retail and in the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS. Canada, it’s $10 more at Best Buy, thanks to the exchange rate, but you get a $10 gift card to help offset that if you purchase it there this week.
The wild and witty banter of the original is as present as ever in this one, as X and Zero join up with a variety of other heroes from Capcom, SEGA, Bandai Namco, and even Nintendo themselves (but no amiibo additions)! The villains are just as varied, with Vile Mk. II and Sigma standing in opposition to the Maverick Hunters.
If you’re not sure whether this is for you, a free demo is also available in the Nintendo eShop as we speak. Update: Or you can check out my wife’s review on USgamer.
