Azure Striker Gunvolt North American Release Date Announced

Today, Inti Creates announced that Azure Striker Gunvolt, the spiritual sequel to their Mega Man Zero and ZX games, will be released on Friday, August 29th in North America and cost $14.99 on the Nintendo 3DS.

While a European release date has not been announced, Azure Striker Gunvolt is set to launch in Japan on August 20th. While there’s still much we do not know about the game, it looks to feature all the varied abilities and tough platforming that became the hallmarks of the Blue Bomber’s more recent handheld adventures, along with new twists like Gunvolt’s lightning powers and his rival using copied abilities.
