Continuing Mega Man 6’s Cultural References
Gaijin Goomba is back with part two of his analysis on the culture references in Mega Man 6 . If you missed it, part one is here. This time he looks at Flame Man, Wind Man, Centaur Man and Yamato Man. And once again, he does a great job at picking out how the boss designs, stage designs and enemy types match their supposed cultural backgrounds (although he did miss that Wind Man’s head is basically a noodle bowl).
Stuff like this is pretty entertaining! I’d love to see an analysis of the Soviet influences in Mega Man 4 . Thanks again, Gaijin Goomba!
