GameSpot Hosts Capcom Universe Character Battle

Currently underway at GameSpot is the Capcom Universe Character Battle, a voting contest between characters hailing from Capcom titles such as Age of Booty, Flock, Rocketmen, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Bionic Commando Rearmed, 1942, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, and of course, Mega Man (9, specifically).
You can continue voting between numerous matchups, and sometimes it gets difficult to choose. From Mega Man 9, the contestants are (in alphabetical order) Concrete Man, Dr. Light, Dr. Wily, Galaxy Man, Hornet Man, Jewel Man, Magma Man, Mega Man, Plug Man, Proto Man, Roll, Rush, Splash Woman, and Tornado Man. Voting for Round 1 began on the 22nd, and seems set to run through the 28th. From there, Round 2 begins on the 29th, with Round 3 following on October 6th, Round 4 on October 13th, Round 5 on October 20th, and the Final Round on October 27th.

Presently, Mega Man is in the Top 5 at #4, following Ryu, Ken, and Dante respectively with 927 votes as of this writing, a mere nine votes short of tying with Dante. Nipping on his heels are Chun Li and Leon S. Kennedy. The next character from Mega Man is further down the list, as Proto Man carries 786 votes at #16.
