3DCreative Magazine Cover Counts Down to Zero

If you should happen to come across the new August issue of 3DCreative on the magazine rack, you might notice a familiar face looking back at you, but in a whole new way.
Adorning the cover is none other than a very creatively-interpreted 3D rendering of our favorite crimson-colored Maverick Hunter (note the emphasis on “crimson-colored”), Zero. The man responsible for this piece, Sam Yang, also has an interview within the magazine’s pages, where he talks about some of his experiences within the industry, as well as provides a gallery of his artwork to check out.

The Zero rendering itself was created for the “Polycount: Brawl Competition 2011” contest, and Yang has posted more of his renders in wallpaper-worthy image sizes here.
